What we've learned

Here are a few of the nifty things we've learned about our kids and parenting the past couple of weeks:

Owen loves music (all the boys do , but especially Little Guy)
Sam likes books and legos
Charlie is a complete wiggle worm and is super brave at the playground

All three boys are smiling a lot! And what gorgeous smiles they have :)

Radio Flyer wagons can really cheer up a kid in a spica cast (see photo)

The kids have relaxed a lot regarding food - at the beginning we had issues with gorging, hoarding, stealing and eating things that were not actually food items (like paper and plaster dust at one of the hotels); mealtimes are fun now and the boys seem to realize the food supply and variety is quite safe.

We took all three boys to a wedding yesterday (Happy Day for Jenn & Steve - Congratulations), they were really good and enjoyed playing with their relatives (especially their cousins); what we learned - don't rely on a bag full of "snacks" to tie kids over until the reception meal is served - also, bring pj's for them to change into before the car ride.

Cool. Thanks for posting.

I'm curious about the boys' grasp of English. How much do they understand? How fast are they learning vocabulary? I imagine the boys speak their own language to each other?
